Pardon me?

This morning at CCD was great. I came in anxious because it was children's mass and my students were doing the readings in church. I got there and was in my little classroom getting stuff together. Father walks in and starts chatting with me. He was angry and these were his exact words, "We needed bread this morning. We have all of these damn french shops around here but no place to buy bread. I could have bought Channel 5 this morning but no bread!"

I laughed for a good 5 mins. Thank you Father.

During Mass Father was talking to the kids about saints and whatnot. One kid raises his hand and asks if he can go to the toilet. Father says yes and this little boy just gets up and walks out of mass in front of 300 people. Hilarious.

My kids did really well on the readings and whatnot. All is well. Plenty of work to do today.
